less than two weeks to the English Lit AP e.e; three weeks to World...

whaaa! what happened to this year guys?! its nearly summer again? ack. on the one hand, i can hardly remember first semester...it seems like so long ago. but on the other, it feels like i've only really been in school for a couple of days >.<;

overexposure to senioritis isn't helping XD lol, time for alternative projects (because AP spanish lit is hell on a biscuit)

i've switched back to knitting for now--i'm pretty much running out of yarn, and it takes longer...so i can pretend that my yarn is really going farther than it is;;

its odd to make a sweater in april though XP i shall quickly grow tired of this...

ohhh yes.

the chickens finally have a new home! well, still in my bedroom. they still have a few feathers to grow before i'm trusting them outside;;

so this afternoon was spent chicken-wire-ing over an old dog cage (so the kitties don't get any stupid ideas), thereby slicing the hell out of my hands, and then clearing about 20 pounds of chicken poo (litter really...poo + bedding + food and water) out of the old cage...

they really do look much happier now...even if the cage looks a bit frankenstein-esque with its patchwork of grey chickenwire, black cageing, and copper jewelry wire;;

and happy eggs come from happy hens, no? hell, i don't even eat eggs...oh well, theyre cute now aren't they?

yes. yes they are.

so while im killing time writing a journal about yarn and poo that nobody in their right mind would take the time to read, i might as well make some feeble attempt to beg a response from those out of their right minds;;

who all is going to otakon this year? and/or what are you lot doing this summer, which draws so very very close?

you folks are scarcely alive now...i fear for you all by the end of may e.e;
